3. Exploring the Countryside: Chiltiupán & Comasagua
El Salvador’s mountainous regions offer stunning landscapes and a whole other perspective on El Salvador. We visited working coffee farms and explored properties in Chiltiupán and Comasagua, where the cooler temperatures, lush greenery, and tranquil surroundings make mountain living a dream for many.
4. Touring El Encanto
A highlight of the trip was our visit to El Encanto, one of the most exclusive gated communities in El Salvador. Featuring modern homes, a growing like-minded community, golf course, and high end amenities, this development combines luxury with proximity to both the beach and the city. For Bitcoin enthusiasts and golf lovers, this is truly the place to be.
5. Real Estate Tour in Surf City 1
Participants explored a wide range of properties, from beachfront developments to ocean-view lots in the mountains. Great food is always a highlight of any trip! In addition to exploring real estate, we enjoyed delicious meals at top restaurants, including a standout lunch at Brutto in San Salvador. The combination of flavors, fun, and good company made every meal a memorable experience.
10. Networking with Changemakers
Our final day featured a networking panel with inspiring leaders, including Camilo from Palo Verde Hotel, John from Mi Primer Bitcoin, and Noah from Inner Circle. They shared their experiences with relocation, building projects, and how Bitcoin is shaping a circular economy in El Salvador. The panel was an eye-opening opportunity to hear directly from those driving change in the country.
