On March 18th, we attended the official presentation of Ocean Breeze Mizata, a landmark new development in Mizata, led by Grupo Carvo. With a total investment of $80 million, this project represents one of the most significant private developments currently underway in La Libertad, further solidifying the region’s position within the expanding Surf City 1 corridor.
