During our Real Estate Discovery Trip in El Salvador in November 2024, we had the honor of hosting Dr. Jack Kruse, a respected neurosurgeon and CEO of Kruse Longevity Center at Destin. He shared his unfiltered perspective on relocating to El Salvador, which was genuine, informative and packed with good advice. See below for some of our favorite, brief and concise, musings from Dr. Jack:
1. You can’t live in a better place.
2. It’s the Louisiana Purchase of 1803.
3. Life is simple; you don’t need as much as you think.
4. Hire a good attorney…
5. The bigger your car, the more you win.
6. When you see a [real estate] opportunity and you know you want it, jump—don’t wait.
7. Visit Metapan… one of my favorites places in El Salvador.
8. Tune into 92.9 Awesome Station—you’ll hear all kinds of music.
9. You will have absolute freedom here. I can tell you for sure … it’s not going to happen in your country.
10. If you’re going to spend your BTC, this is the place to do it, because El Salvador is Bitcoin country.
11. Get a foothold here as soon as possible.
